Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki is a traditional Japanese sauce made from soy, sugar and rice vinegar that is brushed and broiled fish or meat. We love the rich, complex flavors and decided to enhance this classic even further by adding our favorite ingredient garlic. We most enjoyed the sauce when used as a marinade for New York strip steak cooked on a charcoal grill.
