At Maisie Jane’s, your happiness matters most. We promise every order is packed with care and meets our highest standards. If you (or your gift recipient) aren’t delighted, we’ll make it right with one of two options:

  • A free replacement, shipped to you at no cost
  • A full refund

To qualify, simply provide proof of purchase within 30 days of your order.

Please note: Our guarantee excludes items past their sell-by date, sale items, and products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Important Note About Returns

Because our products are food, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, our Freshness & Quality 30-Day Guarantee covers you with a replacement or refund.

On rare occasions where we may need to inspect a product, Maisie Jane’s will cover the cost of return shipping.

 



How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days
    Email sales@maisiejanes.com with your order number and a copy of your receipt (or order confirmation).
  2. Tell us what went wrong
    Let us know whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund. If there’s a quality concern with a food item, we may also ask for the lot number printed on the package.
  3. We’ll review your request
    Our Food Safety Supervisor will review your claim. If approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours, or a replacement is sent at no cost to you.
  4. Refund timing
    Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take a few business days to appear.

If your order arrives damaged or not what you expected, please email sales@maisiejanes.com right away so we can make it right.
